By Kaká Picnics handles setup within regular park guidelines, so in most cases you won’t need to worry. If a permit is required for your chosen spot, we’ll guide you through the process.

Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks. For convenience, we also offer carefully selected add-on options like individually wrapped snacks, charcuterie boxes, or drinks. Please note that I cannot provide perishable items that spoil easily in the heat, but I’m happy to style and set up the food you provide.

Weather can be tricky, but I’ve got you covered. If the weather doesn’t allow setup, you’ll have the option to reschedule (based on availability). You may also choose to secure a “rain date” in advance for a small fee—this guarantees an alternative day is reserved just for you. If you do not use the rain date 75% of the credit goes toward add-ons. Your contract will include all weather policies in detail.

No. NYC parks have restrictions on balloons due to environmental and safety concerns. Instead, I focus on creating beautiful setups with picnic styling, cozy décor, and optional themed upgrades (like flowers, signage, or banners) that bring the same celebratory feel without breaking park rules.
